In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1. Complete your application online or complete the paper application by downloading, signing and returning the following documents:

• Supplemental Application for Affordable Housing

• Signed Tenant Selection Plan

2. Pay via the online application, or using certified funds, the application fee is $25.00 (per applicant) and $5.50 administrative fee.

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, any application emailed to us and not processed will be added to our waitlist if income falls within the Fort Worth County Income limits.
